Aye...I should film it but they will have a couple more patches and have it all ironed out soon.

I would assume so, but Ive yet to see them acknowledge there is a problem.  maybe because its the weekend.

Just an FYI the new damage model hasn't been implemented in the WW2 arenas yet. This is some other bug that HTC is aware of, but I did see a post where Pyro in the bug forum was asking if the issue had been filmed.

Since implementation of v2182 update plus the AHHIRES2180 I'm unable to play my offline missions as the screen freezes, tried various
latest missions with no success

Reinstalled v2173 with AHHIRES2170 everything's running smoothly as
b4, ALL missions are playable, however, there's a trade off, with v2182
I'm able to play WW1 games whereas v2173 obviates WW1.   :frown:

Didnt experience any lock ups or 1 ping wonders. Yet I don't think my hellcat sounds like a Camel landing on the carrier either! Hope you fix that.... :bolt:

Yup.  Something's up.  One ping... controls lock...into the earth you go...no matter where the hit takes place.

Not only did this release mess up a scenario, now it seems to have messed up the whole product.... except for your vaunted WW1 swirl.

'Bout 15 more versions to fix, this time??

tonight,
rolling a Chog and get b n zd by a pony, knocks off my left flapp and it goes south from there.
the hog now wants to tip stall to the right real bad until i give it 10% flapps, flys ok now but hard to fight the next 3 planes with this happening. i'm not complaining about it I'M just wondering if this is the way it is now.

having random undamaged parts of the aircraft fall off for no apparent reason from very minor damage to another area of the plane and every aircraft burning like a zeke is not "realistic" or "good" :cry

Wow you really are a pompous ass, and all this time I thought it was just an internet persona.

I'm not seeing how being angry that the reasons I pay for a specific product (this one), WW2 and Scenarios, are both messed up...... makes me pompous.  If you paid for your house being painted, and they came and gave you a brand new kitchen instead, what would you say?

My post was neither ostentatious nor even important.  Just one person's opinion.  If you have a problem with that, go live in China.   There are many more here that feel the same way, but are afraid of the flame fest to say it.

No bug.  That has always been that way.

Flap damage is modled so as the flap "damaged" is stuck in the position it was in when it "fell off."  So, you were hit, obviously, with 10% flaps deployed because the tip stall to the right goes away when you put the good flap out.
