GV's can be spotted from a great distance if you look for their rounds. Icons or not I will still be able to get bombs on target.

I've always had a hard time finding GV's that weren't moving, unless they fired on me. If they are moving I can usually pick them up well before I see their icon.

You know if it made them happy I really could care less if they have icons or not. I'm sure I'll regret saying that one of these days when I'm lifting a perked bird off into a well hiden and stationary wirble.

Who else thinks we should do away with the GV icons so we can enjoy a gv battle. Its way to easy to locate  GVs from the air. How can we change this?

Good video card makes it pretty easy to find'um either way.. Bombs away 

Actually I found it easier in my 'super mario land' style cheap graphics card, with ground vis settings set near to zero a vehicle shows up as a big square dot on the ground from distance. Same with planes I can spot planes from maximum distance away no trouble 

Wow wasnt awear that you can change your own icon color so that the enemy see's the color you choose..  Do I understand you correctly?

No just winding you up chum  on a serious note, the hardest tanks to spot from the air are usually in trees the icon only seems to show at certain angles so thats probably your best bet to remain undetected

IIRC gv icons are only visible up to 1.5K from a plane......... I dont think theyre spotting you that late and dropping an egg on you........ my guess is by the time your icon appears that egg is already on its way......
that of course doesnt include the lancstukas, A20s, etc

The A20 is by far the favorite plane of the bomb****s.   Aces High either needs to ban the plane and drop it, or heavily perk it, just like they do the Me-262.

does anyone think about maybe trying a different location other than in the main base? if youre in a tank at a base im bombing, I aint calling it off just cuz your there. its bombs away, and goodbye to the tank

Gv icon's don't matter if I see rounds I fly towards them usually I see the tanks move before I even see rounds or icon. So with that I really do not see how icons has anything to do with it.
