Just FYI, this is bottle-conditioned beer. There is sediment on the bottom. Do not be afraid, it is normal and it is from the yeast. It will not hurt you. There are no pathogens that can exist in fermented beer. You can pour the beer off and leave the sediment behind on the IPA and Porter if it makes you feel better, but I suggest rolling the bottle on the Hefeweizen to get all the yeast, because with that beer it's ALL about the yeast
