I'm not getting this "slow" Sherman stuff, it did 25-30 mph.  The PzKw IV did 26 mph.
I think he means slow compared to the T-34s.  A T-34/76 without a speed advantage is an even less match to the IV(H), and a T-34/85 without the speed advantage is not really perk-worthy.

Why would they be perked?

Their guns are only about as good as the two T-34's guns and they are slow like the Firefly.

You forgot... the rocket rack is why im 99.99% sure it will be perked

This, all tanks in AH do about 25mph, except the T-34s which do about 34mph.

I didn't forget that.  I see no reason why that would warrant perking.

I am pretty certain there will be no perks for the tanks.  The T-34 rocket launcher certainly may become a candidate for a perked ord option if HTC ever goes that direction.

Just as much practice as firing HE shells, seeing as the rockets were aimed down the main gun's barrel's sight.

They are not aimed down the main barrel's sight, they are elevated by the main gun's elevation action.  The sight will work in a crude fashion, but if you are imagining aiming them like the gun, you'll be a bit disappointed.

Considering the Firefly's main gun sight is scaled incorrectly anyway, so long as there's some point of reference in the rocket sight it'll be easier than PT or SDK rockets.

I've only used one once or twice so I don't remember well, but I think that's just a radio antenna that someone figured out how to use as a "meterstick." :D
