I'm seeing many good planes that I'd love to see put into Aces High.  My number 1 would still be the He-111 H-11, but I would definitely accept the G4M2a Model 24 if added before the Heinkel.

I think I'd like to see them rework the strats before adding another bomber.  Make it so that there is a greater impact on a nations resources (ord, fuel, ect.) when they get bombed.
