There seems to be the assumption that England players should bring their club form to international matches, however they only play that good for their club because they are surrounded by high quality foreign players. they looked to be scared of making a mistake instead of taking control.

All their shots on goal seem like they are concentrating on just getting them between the posts. Not one has really had any heat on it and a lot of em seem to be a foot off the turf. I just looked like they are too uptight... havent found a rhythm yet.
