Think on it it's bound to be like any other company out there that starts up.
You start small and as you grow in size the one thing you have to do is employ more people to help run the business and take over some of the work load.
I mean the team of people who worked on developing Microsoft combat flight simulator was probally 30 time's bigger than the gut's at HTC. And a growing company adds to staffing that adds to needing more cash for wage's ( and where they going to get that from untill player number's grow from us by raising the subscription fee wich will couse them a lot of hassel with present player's ) thus if the amount of player's they have at the moment may just be enough to cover for what they give us and a little extra left over for pocket money ( weekly wages ) for themselves. we don't know anything of how hitech runs his company. And at the end of the day its up to him for example if he wants to run it into the ground ( never happen like ) he can its his company. If you would like to be informed at all time's ask HTC to start a monthly news letter so you can get it in the post once a month and it tells you their plans for the next month and whatever else they plan to do.
Oh and Hitech charge an extra $2 for the replenishment of your paper supply and world wide postage

Oh and he and the rest of the team maynot listen to us as much any more because from personnel experience we mainly get our IDEA'S and wishes at the weekend so they probally think HHHMMMM he / she has had a few to drink tonight/lastnight.

just my 2 cents.
Brilliant Game you keeping combat sims alive here
