It's a quick paced fun time waster. I'm having a blast, and so is my son. Been there since Sunday night, so still in the recruit battles. I'll be moving to the main area next week maybe. Depends on how long it takes to save up and sell off to get some Level IV iron.

well, played today for about 3 hours. Tank battles in AH are more fun!

Graphics in WoT is great, but without proper communication gameplay sucks. No tactics, no coordination....just like Navyfield. :(

One thing I really like about W.o.T. is its pace, you can log on during your lunch break and have a couple of battles and feel nicely refreshed for a bit more work.

Ack  correct? ^^^^^^^^^^^

Not that I don't trust you Phat but following Acks advice even though I don't ever remember it being directed at me has never led me wrong.

Yeah, I wish there was a range vox of some sort. There is no way to see the previous text, and the messages disappear very quickly.

Just sold my T-26 for a sturdier AT-1.

Well, it is a BETA after all, I'd say they'll be adding communication capabilities later. They need a better net smoothing code more than anything. There's way too much "teleporting" type activity going on.

When the game goes live they are supposed to be adding some servers in North America for us.  Currently, the beta servers are in Eastern Europe somewhere.

yea its that currenct exchange thing upper right hand corner  heres a screen shot and when i started i had no gold maybe 7,000 credits and very low experence total by clicking on the numbers it brought up a currency exchanger with changes 1 gold into 400 credits, still figuring out how i got all the gold, i think you transfer experence points. lol i dunno heres a screenshot,

Yeah, that should help the lag issues some. It seems that some of the issue is the expensive camouflage. Rather than being realistic, it sometimes appears to be a cloaking device. That's BS. Once you've seen a vehicle, it should remain seen. And if the vehicle moves, it can be seen, period.

You get 150 gold pieces every night during the week when you log on join a battle, usually after 7PM Central. That's 750 pieces a week.

You can convert gold to points, but I haven't seen where you can convert points to gold.
