4k or D400?

Really?  Does D4.0 really confuse you that much that you can't figure out what the distance is?  I mean, it's not like you've never seen it before, it is how distance is displayed in the game.

D4.0 = 4,000 yards
D400 = 400 yards

Never can tell if theres a typo. Always better to double check you know.

And out of curiousity, why do you use D for both yds and thousands of yds?

How are distances shown in game?  Answer that and you'll know the answer.

K is for thousands of yards (3.2k), and D is for yds and hundreds of yds (D98, D300) unless there has been a change in the last 3 days.

D = Distance

That's what the D stands for (yes, it stands for the same thing in game).

Yes, but when is the last time you saw D3.2 in the game refering to a distance of 3200yds? I personally have never seen it so, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen on knits or whatever chess piece you fly for.

I am amazed that you have managed to survive this long.  In the wild, the mother usually eats her mentally challenged offspring.

All I'm saying is that (for me) when an aircraft is further than 1000yds from me, the distance is displayed as 1k, 1.1k, 1.2k, etc. If you want to make fun of me because the knits call it D1.1 instead of 1.1k like the distance on the icon, so be it.

To answer your earlier question, Yes... it is accurate out to 4000 yards, read here:

I take Ack-Ack's word on it. However, your link did provide me with 2 more sights I can use for various purposes. Infact I think I may have Ghosth's sight, or a version of it, in one of the gunsight packages I downloaded. It'll be usefull for hitting CV's outside of the auto ack range.
