Many good ones already mentioned.  To those I would add:

Well you just need the PIN Number for your ATM Machine.  (or any combo therein)    :furious

Warsh. (wash) I realize this is a regional dialect, but it drives me absolutely crazy every time I hear someone say it, and one of the neighborhood moms used to all the time.

Don't forget these gems:

"Where ya at?"  ... Try "Where are you?"  The "at" is obviously superfluous, you dolts.

"It is what it is."  ... Well what the hell else would it be?

"Holla back."  ... And anything else using "dis", "dat", "da" "gangsta-type" crucifiction of the English language.

'Excellent' I find most annoying.

When someone asks 'where you at' I tell them 'my hat is on my head'.

the last one......remember that friggin song?????  they played it incessently a few years back. the shop i worked at, they kept putting that dam station on. they knew how much i didn't like that song. i warned them on this particular day, that if they wanted the radio to continue functioning, they'd be best off to not put it loud enough for me to hear it if that song came on. they didn't listen. they turned it up in fact. they lost a radio to a sledge hammer too.  :devil
