Letter's on keyboard disappearing ?????

Oh I forgot the other thing I love about my IBM key board/boards (been using them for over 25 years), the keys have caps on them so it is very easy just to remove the cap and completely clean the keys.

What's the problem with the winkeys? I have disabled my left windows key with a simple registry hack, the right one still exists because I use it a lot.

And in the beginning of this thread I thought the disappearing letters were due to the update that changed the keyboard layout to the American one. That definitely made in-game typing difficult, trying to figure out where certain charactes exist, if not where printed. Guess that has been patched, although we still can't use all the letters our keyboards have.

They say the keyboard keys click like a mouse button.  Makes a lot of sense, but I'll be waiting on reviews.

Get a backlit. I use the Eclipse II and my laptop (Studio 15) is backlit too. Plus it's great for gaming/working at night.

I also have this keyboard and I really liked it, was great and comfortable to use with MMOs and FPS but it had a sticky key problem in some games.

I have a "Wolf Claw" keyboard that looks very similar:


But it collects dust because when playing MMOs and FPSs, you need to be able to type on the run, and those keyboards require you to move your hand to over to type anything.  That doesn't cut it for me.

I bought the cheapest MS keyboard and optical mouse I could find.  Can't remember if the pair costed $10 or $15.  The keyboard still has all it's letters after about 2 1/2 years but they are fading a bit.  The mouse wheel on the other hand died in about a year (I use it for throttle in AH).  I bought another of the same and this one's still going strong.  I don't need fancy.  Workable is good.
