5.  You mentioned the wishlist--- blow my brains out.  People will specifically shoot your idea down just to do so, even though it will improve the game for some and have no negative effect on anyone.  See ".dot command for away and return" as an example.  I don't need people telling me I'm lazy, or trying to make jokes--- it is a feature request forum.

There is this WONDERFUL thing in your preferences that allows to to block not only private messages but their posts as well.

When someone you personally do not like posts it says "you are ignoring this user"....any you don't even remotely have to view their post...it's been disabled automatically for you.

It's the best option in this forum.

Yes, common courtesy is nice, but sometimes you just have to grow a little thicker skin.  If you're going to let some guy sitting at home smacking his keyboard upset you this much, how are you going to act when someone says something to your face?  There are those who just shoot down any idea, but on the other hand, there are plenty of people who can't handle the fact that someone disagrees with their idea. 

"I wish we had bla bla bla".

"-1 Because bla bla bla will cause bla bla bla and that doesn't make much sense"

"If you don't have something constructive to add, why do you even bother posting!!!  How can anyone possibly disagree with me!?"

EVERY post that I read/participate in, is hijacked in some way, shape, or form----

Whether it be:

1.  Posting random pictures that is not relative to the topic.
2.  Quoting an entire message and putting a   under it.
3.  People posting just to post... if you can't contribute to a particular topic, then don't post at all!
4.  Dragging the thread completely away from the topic on to something else.  If you want to do that, POST A NEW TOPIC.

As I have mentioned in earlier threads, there are a few who fill the voids in their dull lives attacking the less than knowlegdeable.  They generally have been at the game for quite some time and are exhausted by people who want to post without doing the research or putting the time in to support a comment with tangible and credible data.  Call them bitter and mean. There are many more who of those in the same sage on the stage category who provide direction in a much more mature manner.  I gravitate to them and flat ignore and posts by the donkeys of the bbs.  

Bottom line, remember you are always on the higher ground when you dont follow the same path. In the ma if you catch youself saying damn nub, is the same in here with silly posts.
