All the sooner that we get a playoff for college football's highest level.
Look Boise fanbois until they play in a BCS conference and have to prepare for quality opponents week in and week out then and only then will they be accepted in my book. Just because you play 9 P***** teams in a season does not a championship team make. Hell I could have a decent Div 1A team prepared if I had between 1 month and 9 months to prepare for them. Oh and the Beavers....they aren't a quality team either. I seriously doubt they are still in the Top 25 after getting beaten by TCU who SHOULDN'T be up there either.
It will never happen unless its Federally mandated. All of us college football fans should accept this, no matter how much we want it. Boise merely upsets the system and the sportswriters are the ones that perpetuate the problem. The only way Boise State gets to the championship game is after they join a BCS conference.
Was me, I bumped a power cord. HiTEch
Guys, correct me if i am wrong, didn't that coach try to schedule games against BSC teams (UCS, Texas, Nebraska, Oklahoma to name a few) but they all declined to play them.
All you guys wishing for a playoff in NCAA football should be very careful what you wish for. It would change the complexion of the regular college football season altogether. As of now EVERY game is a must win game. If you go to a playoff, those "Big" games in the middle of Oct. become a little less meaningful. College football has one of the most exciting "regular seasons" as it is right now. Bringing in a playoff system will change that.
