So, you want HTC to store you account for free, keeping the name on hold etc etc.. and them not charge you? I didn't pay for 2 months and they erased my old account. It's what happens. I'm sure if something extreme happened, HTC would review your request. They aren't heartless, but they are a business. Leaving because the game has lost it's kick for you personally, does not constitute something extreme.
Oh, btw if you told me that you want me to hold your place in line and then told me the reason you want me to hold it is because standing in line has lost it's appeal, but you might be back later... Your spot would be gone before you took your second step out of the line. Unless you paid me, then it benefits me to keep it.
