One of the big issues is people feel like a new plane has to be faster, tougher, better than current ones. I can somewhat understand that, why put all kinds of time and energy into a plane that will see very little use. Then again, I think most planes really find their niche for particular roles. In the end, I think the HE-111 is worth the effort, it is sure to get use in scenarios. I suppose HTC has just decided it isn't worth the effort.
