My whine

first of all I try not to whine often but c'mon now.

I was tryin to perk farm today in a p-40b, not the most intimidating plane as it is only armed with 4x.303 and 2x.50 cals. To my surprise La-7's, P-51's, Spit16 were still running from me without another greeny for an entire sector! screw em Ill continue on to the enemy base to see if anybody actually plays this game to dogfight, 6 red cons pop up on screen and guess who finally got the balls to fight now that the odds are 7v1. This scenario was repeated numerous times today.
Dam man if your gonna run fine! Dont come back an BnZ me while im already fighting with 3 or 4 planes!

Also I get into a 2v1 a couple of times and once i shoot one down the other guy runs....quality AH

A result of worrying about worthless score? maybe, but dam how are people gonna run from a 1v1 against a p-40b. I wonder if getting rid of worthless score would cause people to worry a little less about dieing.

Some people are stupid, they think that running to the base ack helps. It really just wastes time. They want to protect their unperked plane and 0 kills, let them be stupid.

Getting rid of score won't stop timid flying habits, a eunich will always be a eunich and nothing will make his little boys grow back.

Dont think score is the only source of the problem.

Ive been noticing that same type of play day in and out and probably worse as of late. I would imagine flying timid would actually hurt more than help( would it kill your KPH?)

I dont particulary "like" being in the tower after a 5 min climb and not firing a shot, but I expect to die every sortie. Landing kills is just a bonus.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. Ive seen guys in the stratosphere that never come down to fight, or even tease to want to fight. Theyll soon get bored

back at ya man <S>, with this guy as a wing man those 2V5's were way more survivable. We actually dominated the horde for a little while. I look forward to flying with ya!

  advice taken, problem is im heading to the enemy base to find a fight and the twit is running home. Even if I change angle about 30 degrees, just me heading within his general direction causes em to flee...  It just seems to get some people to fight you need to create the illusion for them that you dont even know they are there so they can go for a BnZ attempt and once they know that u know they are there, c ya its time to go find a easier target.

Well I'm not the bravest pilot out there to be sure, but I don't engage a con that has alt on me no matter what it is....*unless* I'm in a decent climbing ride like the K4 or the La7.  The La could have taken you fairly easily if he were any kind of decent stick.

I will die so many time in one night, because I could careless about my stats and score.

As long as i'm shooting at something im OK with it, also many players don't realize that fighting timid like that does not help them, it lets their enemy to set up a advantage on them.

I've wasted entire tanks of fuel chasing enemy cons all over hell just tryin to get a 1v1 or 2v1.  The most frustrating thing is when they have a faster ride and turn on you as soon as you give up, then when you turn to fight they zoom past you the other direction, rinse repeat.
