Well, after the first night or two of avoiding BnZ almost the whole night, I gave up on finding fun fights.  Avoiding endless BnZ is not my idea of fun - especially when those who do it know not to get low and slow.

Maybe I'll stop by tonight and see how it goes.  I miss the arena...

sorry....couldn't resist.

 there were some good fights in there on monday night. most of them were at 5k agl and lower. i think i flew for around 2 hours or so, with some great fights won and lost.
 one of the funniest(to me) was that i got a guy with a lucky tater hit, and within 5 seconds of that kill, i was killed with a tater hit.  :rofl

when i asked advice of how to use the pee39q to fight effectively against the german planes, it was suggested to me that the 39 is best suited for bnz. i can't fly/fight that way. so i fought low n slow, high n slow. low and fast(chased hoey to the deck in his 190, topping 500mph)......pretty much every way it was insinuated that i shouldn't fight in this aircraft. and know what? it was friggin FUN.  :aok

I'm a bit bummed that I didn't get in earlier this week.  I've always hated LA's in the game but towards the end of the evening I was starting to get a bit of a feeling for it.  That's kind of what I'm doing now.  Picking the platform I'm least familiar with or don't like and try to acquire a familiarity with it.

i think there is another benefit we're going to see. those of us that tend to stick to one ride are flying other aircraft in order to play here......

That's one big reason that makes this arena so much fun for me.  Ive flown planes that I would never think of in the MA or MW arenas and am having a blast with it!

well not so sure it was intended as a secondary super charger either but I drink Long Islands not foo foo blended drinks so it was the best use i could find for it...    :banana:
