Anyone here using the new T.A.R.G.E.T software with their old hotas cougar and if so is it better than foxy.

Being used to Foxy I find it faster and easier and I like that fact that it loads the mapping onto the stick. The advantage of the Target virtual HOTAS driver is that it works with more than one Thrusmaster controller and allows you to set 6 different functions per button to any and all of them, even if you just have the MFDs or the T16000 joystick. Target is a work in progress and I expect it will improve but it's usable now and it's graphical approach is probably easier for a new user than Foxy.

Foxy just seemed more intuitive to my brain in many ways. I am so far from being a programmer it isn't even funny so I have a very hard time wrapping this Target language around my brain.

I got mine a couple weeks ago but have been away from the house. Being used to CH products, I will have to develop a stronger right arm.
