Please - a Westland Lysander P-12????

Apparently it was designed as a ground support aircraft, which (sorta) explains why the guns are all in the back. The idea was to use the turret guns to shoot invaders on the beaches of England.

Looking at it makes me think they took the idea and cobbled the plane together from more or less off the shelf parts. You can see the family resemblance to the Lysander utility plane, and it at least looks like a classic bomber quad turret.

But yeah, butt ugly.

Bristol Blenheims or Fairey Battles from Luftwaffe fans pretending to be fair and balance looking to get an early war British bomber while ensuring the Ju88A-4 maintains a massive qualitative superiority

isn't ju-88a-4  a post battle of britain plane so it shouldn't count?

Looks like they cut the tail end off a Lancaster, stuck an engine in the front, duct taped some plywood on for the wings, and a few ju87 wheels that were laying around on and bingo you got yourself an aeroplane.
