Say your in a perked ride, and you discoe could there be a way where u would not lose the perks. I have been scared to take any perked plane out (I could careless about perked hogs or spit) but losing a 262 234 or a tiger is just frustrating to me to lose the perks due to a discoe

No. If so there wouldnt be anything to stop someone from pulling the plug anytime they get in trouble... and they would do it too since they do it for the free planes already.

Sorry, but I just can't get on board for this one. The thing is that aircrews often went down through no fault of their own. In this game nobody dies.

You buy the ticket, you take the ride.

I know that it sucks, but part of the thrill (for me anyway) of upping those 262's is in the gamble I'm taking with the hard earned perks. Frankly, it's the only gamble in the game.

If you are having connection issues, and the perks mean that much to you, just don't use them.

This wish won't happen. I sent HiTech an e-mail for the heck of it a good while back stating the same thing. He said perks can never be "refunded" because people would take advantage of such a forgiving system. I've disconnected while flying a 262 plenty of times and my connection is solid. Sadly, it's just part of the game.
