IIRC the graphics update was a major change and HTC decided to revert to Aces High instead of going to Aces High III.

No, it was at least several versions back. You remember when the clipboard quote was "Now you see it, now you don't"?

They were talking about the II.

I think the idea is to perpetually refine the game rather than having folks break it down into I, or II, or III, because that's not really how HTC thinks of it (I assume).
