I love MoH and yes the gun choices get old but I don't play it for the guns or killing people. I play MoH to show a bunch of losers that I can get a group of strangers to work together and beat the $#![ out of a clan. (I play on PC).
Hackers are just people who fail at life so they stick to gaming 24/7 but suck at that as well, and instead of doing the world a favor by blowing their brains out they hack to make it SEEM like they've got SOME kind of minor reflex/reaction ability. Then they yell "NOOB" and "PWND" and then I retort with "No, you're program is the only thing with any 'skill', you didn't do anything other than click a mouse...oh and by the way...isn't my score higher than yours??" and they normally leave after that.
modern warfare two got boring for me a month after it came out, i loved the 1v1 of it, but in a room its just run&gun, or camp to get kills. no real strategy to it.(only real strategy i see in any cod game is where the snipers decide to put there claymores) got to lvl 60 online in mw2 before i got tired of the noobtubing and went back to bad company 1.
bad company one was an amazing online game. HUGE maps aloud you to choose a route to your destination and determine what angle you wanted to attack.unlike cod with its small cramped corner maps.
and also, bad company didnt take itself so serious, which made it a FUN game. i still remember some epic battles on there from over a year ago.
battlefield 1943, tho only 4 maps and 3 classes, is HUGELY addicting. and i must say wake island is the best map ever in a fps. (so well balanced) 1943 was a much better game than cod:w@w plus it was only $15, which made it an instant buy. it has gotten pretty buggy tho.
then you have bad company 2.DICE's answer to mw2. and i must say the new online blew mw2 away.wether parachuting into port valdez to invade alaska, or fighting in the desert of south america to keep a strategic port, bad company 2 is true online warfare.plus they just came out with the vietnam expansion for bad company 2, ever since i bought it i havent even looked at black ops.
in short, battlefield produces the best online warfare. i doubt cod will ever be able to match the feriosity that battlefield brings to the table.
theres a saying that goes around...
"cod-fanboys love it, real gamers hate it"
