Whether you play them, attempt to play them, or just like to look at them, what are your favorite guitars.  I'm a fan of Jackson Bloodline.  I have a JS21 (I think) Dinky.  Next on the list I want is a Rhoads V.

The other two guitars that I plan to own in the future that are not a Jackson is a Gibson Les Paul and an Explorer!

I'm not really much of a player. I have an old Gibson that has been in the family for a long time. My Daughter has 3 guitars but I do not know what they are. Her boyfriend plays lead guitar in DunVille. He has several guitars.

I've been playing for almost a year.  I'm pretty much self taught.  Right now I can play a few songs (mainly Metallica), but not very many.  If I don't get good, I at least hope to have a good collection!

My everyday guitar is a Taylor 710 I picked up in the early 90's.  Been playing it since I bought it new back then.  It sits next to my recliner in my living room. :)

Others acoustics that I have and play:  a mid 90's Martin D41, a mid 90's Guild F512, a mid 80's Yamaha classical.

I only have two electrics now, which I don't play much anymore:  A 1998 Fender Roadhouse Strat and an 1990 Ibanez RG770. 

My only amp now:  a 1998 Fender Twin.

I still turn into a kid in a candy store every time I go into a music shop.  I just can't afford the candy anymore... :lol

I was in a band 8 years ago and at that point I had a lot more gear but I have since whittled it down to 2 ESPs and a Mesa Triple Rectifier (using the el-34s not 6L6s)  head with a Marshall JCM900-B cab.




late 90's Eclipse not the newer models, with the old pearl trim & the EMG-81 active pickups.


Both are 6 strings (not the new 7 strings).

I'll post some non-marketing pictures later when I get home.

My two.  

First is a KH-602 with EMG 81/85 active pickups.




Second is an M200 also with the EMG 81/85 combo.



I play em through a either a Randall KH-120 halfstack or a Hughes and Kettner Attax 80 112 combo, depending on how much noise I'm wanting to make.   :D

EDIT: I also have an older BC Rich Warlock that I found all beat up in a pawn shop.  It took awhile, but I refinished it, resoldered the bad connections, etc.  Plays like a dream now.  I'll try to snap a pic of it later this evening.

Is bass okay? I have an RBX375 for regular playing, and then I have an RBX374 with flat wounds on it so it sounds more like a standup bass.

Epiphone Les Paul and Epiphone Supernova...(young and foolish)

Vox ac-50 and too many pedals to name.

Will buy a fender bassman amp one day! Used one in a studio once and easily the best amp I've ever heard.

Is it hard to play because of the number of strings or the thickness of the neck?

yeah.... it does... too bad I can't crank it anymore (I live in a condo).
some of the setups have I used to use in the past

rack mounted mesa duel recto split with a fender supersonic head
&
Randal head.

My all time favorite was...

I had a roommate who couldn't afford rent so he gave me his old 'guitar'. It was a child sized guitar called the 'shredder' and I took it, changed the machines on it, put some EMG-81s on it, and it soon became the most badass POS guitar around.
