I propose an epic battle.

Log in around, shall we say, 8:30 CST.  Go at it till the numbers get up then mutually agree on conditions then slug it out.

Contact your squads, contact your buds, and let's have a little AVA fun on a Friday night.

Personally I'm in favor of doing a little beer drinking crazy stuff but whatever works is good for me :D.

Somebody contact the pigs, Cap talk to the 80th, I'll see if the dogs want to join me, we need some VF17 reps to step up, and so on and so on.

Could be fun :D

Usually it's in process but, after last night and my white knuckle long drawn out fight with Carver, I needed a couple to get my heart rate back around normal. 

Seriously the best fight I've ever had.

High, low, dodging barns and trees, every move I had he countered and vice versa.  He got my cannon on the first pass.  I can't count the number of times we nearly collided and almost HO'd each other.  It was THAT intense.

Honestly after that I was dog poo the rest of the night.  But it was WORTH it.

AND I WASNT RUNNING FILM  :bhead

Sounds like it might be fun, but I'm only upping the occasional sortie now and then.  I'm working on a [hopefully] sweet new terrain...my first attempt with the Terrain Editor.  Early efforts look promising.

I've got two projects in the hopper and learning Dreamweaver on the fly isn't exactly cricket. :D

DDog <Salute> one of the most intense fights I have ever had also. Its those kind of "Knife fights in the phone booth", that keep me coming back for more. Neither of us lost the other guy, and for me that is one of the hardest parts of flying in the AvA. You know when you initially merge then say "whered he go???". Each time we merged and came back around there was no advantage. I think at one point there were a couple of other planes close to us, Chilli was one Im sure. I made a fatal error at the end and that was to try and grab E and raised flaps 2 notches. It was a short fall to Terra Firma after that, I just didnt have the airspeed to climb without full flaps.
It is funny because I only had a half hour to fly (wife wanted her turn on comp), and it was only 2nd sortie. The 2 or 3 after that, I just couldnt get it together like that fight.
I didnt have film running either......doh!

Look forward to doing that again......with many of you.  :t
