Everyone HO's from time to time.  It is inevitable.  It's his reliance on it and unwillingness to let anyone teach him any sort of ACM that is cheap and tiresome.
I can honestly say that I've had the opposite experience with him and found him eager and willing to both listen and learn.

Ran into Midway a few times last night and it seemed like he was at least interested in sticking around and fighting which was a bit of a novel concept in the few hours I was on last night.   :)

Whatever let the dude play it however he wants to.

All people taking the holier than thou approach to head on shots need to drop back down a few notches on the "I'm a better cartoon pilet than you are" scale. I grew up in the old school type of fights whether real or computer generated...if you get the chance to knock someone down who is not on your team then do it. In the arenas AvA, MA, whatever arena its completely different than in the dueling bracket. I for one have seen the some of the "alleged" tops in the fighter group each month take more head on shots FIRST than anyone else. That doesn't mean they can't play the game or they suck it just means that EVERYONE takes the shots when they present themselves.

So again get off the high horse and just go play the dang GAME; or take a break and enjoy some weather of any type for a change.

Nice one Von! Glad we don't get dumped on like you guys do though.

Yesterday it was 35 and rainy....day before 35 and rainy.....Today 55 and sunny...tomorrow and Sunday upper 60s and sunny....Monday-rest of week temps start falling back down to normal for the south in winter...mid 30s to low 40s and rain. Gotta love it.

If you really want to fight him so bad just hunt him down in the MA  :aok (good luck)

Machfly,

He and I have already spent some quality time in the DA...I'm trollin him ya goof.  I have never heard more people moan about one specific guy HOing than this guy!!  So, the ROE in the bracket allows hot passes after the initial merge...get it? :salute

I don't have anything at all against the young lad and admire his addiction to becoming better.  There is no place in this game that you can get better, faster, than preparing, flying and winning or losing in that bracket.  Its not about the two or three fights....its about the suggestions and directions you get from the guys after the fight is over.  If a guy can put aside his pride and sign up, you'll get the best suggestions and help you can find in-game.  Or, you'll give the help...

If you guys read that I have an issue with Midway, you read this wrong.  He wants to get better and the bracket is a SURE FIRE way to get better.

If Midway spent some time with the trainers he could be a top stick guy. He is aggressive yet lacks the basics to see beyond the upcoming move. Hope he gets in touch with the trainers. Not so sure about the dueling bracket but wouldn't be disappointed to see him try.
Yea, simply because I can

Fair enough....but this is where the average get better, the good get great and the great become unbeatable.
