My girlfriend and I recently found out she was two months pregnant which was ok but on the 25th she passed out in our living room and once more when I was trying to sit her up. I picked her up and carried her to the car and drove her to the nearest hospital where we were seen immediately but had to wait six hours to have an ultra sound done.....I got to see our baby and hear it's heartbeat....but we found out she had an eptomic pregnancy which is where the baby is growing outside of the uterus.
Well once they found that out they realized she was bleeding internally (she passed out twice at the hospital) and she had to be transferred by ambulance to have emergency surgery around 3:30am. They had to terminate the pregnancy and take out one of her tubes because it had ruptured.
It's been very stressful sitting up here at the hospital (I'm on my itouch). We're both ready to go home. We're physically and emotionally drained. I haven't slept since 5pm on the 25th and she's been having trouble sleeping.
We didn't even get to really know the little guy...I made sure that right before she went into surgery to kiss her stomach and say "daddy loves you, I'm so sorry."
If you don't see me on for a few days or are wondering where I've been, now you know. It will probably be another day or two before I'm back on. Just keep her in your thoughts and in your prayers.
