Like, ya know, when that thing that makes you move, it has pistons and things, When your thingamajigy is providing power, you do not hear other peoples thingamajig when they are providing power.

nice find though man thats the kind of thing i wish was being passed down in my family.
we do have an m1 garand and m1 carbine though, bayonets and slings and all. garand is a cannon of a gun lol. fun to blast stuff at the range with either one. gives your imagination some more concrete things to go by when watchin band of brothers or military/history channel. would post pics but dont know how =(

I envy you....the M1 Garand is my all time favorite weapon. I told my platoon Sgt. that I would rather have one of those in Afghanistan than my M16.

And Man I'm surprised he didn't compress  :O

yeah the range we shot at had a torso sized flat rock about 250 yards back that stuck up at 45 degree angle. best target ever lol. can really appreciate the power of that gun by seeing just how much rock gets turned to a fountain of dust each shot.

i use it for deer hunting and can feel safe knowing that a full clip can handle any big mean animal(s) that might be around in the woods.
