Tyrannis, you knowing his strategy doesn't change anything. You knew what he was going to do after the first pass he made on your bombers, but you still weren't able to adjust and save your remaining two. Regardless of whether you know he is coming from the sun or not...you can't see into the sun, therefore don't know where to shoot anyway.

just shoot into the sun.

Problem is CAP, the silhouette of the sun is a tad bigger than that of a 38!! The Lightning isn't THAT big of a target. Although sometimes it feels as though it is :)

when i'm flying it, i think it grows to at least double its normal size.

and i know.....when i'm in bombers, and my testies are about to get shot off....and i see the guy head into the sun....i spray n pray.  :bolt:

now that being said.......i'd also say that a good 90% of the people that've attacked me have done it from my 6, which is pretty stupid really. any angle coming from the 6 is bad mkay?  :devil

He had 6 chances...we flew two interceptions.

6 chances? Oh ok...he should have caught on after his first bomber was hit.

And CAP I know what you mean, the 38 does seem to grow larger when taking fire. :lol

we went 2 rounds. he's saying "six chances" because he's counting each bomber in the formation as a chance.

2 rounds of 3 bombers= his "six chances"

and he is correct. he had six chances, and you had six chances to shoot him down. possibly more, depending on how many passes it took him.

Took 7 passes.  In the 2nd interception, my first pass only seriously damaged his starboard drone.

ACKACK has 6 kills on you,  You have 0 (ZERO) kills on him.  That makes it 6 to 0.  It is that math thingy, don't let it bother you.

If I may impart a bit of advice:  Someday you will look back on this and be embarrassed, or you are a sociopath and it won't bother you.  Never-the-less this would be a good time to be quiet, learn a bit more about flying, stay off the boards, stay off 200 for a while and enjoy the game for what it is.
Wag more, bark less.

Good grief akak that is NOT how you do that! Say at isnt so!  :huh
i got a question for you. why did you run from me earlyer today in MW?

colt was in there, he upped against me. and me&him had a fun close fight.

yet, first you climbed to 23k in a ponyB, and engaged illigaf. you got a shot on him, but as soon as you did you ran. then i showed up to help illigaf chase you down. but you still ran for 2 sectors before both me and illigaf save "f' this" and turned back around. THEN suddenly you grew a pair, turned around and picked illigaf as he was rtb'ing.

then you came after me, but i saw you before you could pick me. you did get a shot on me from your BnZ crap from 20k. and gave me a pilot wound. and yet what did you do? still ran.

i even announced over all channel that the p38 was me chalenge, and that i had a pw so you didnt need to run. and what did you do? kept running.

i ended up making a emergency landing in the field (due to the pw). im glad i filmed it tho, will post later when i find out how.

so tell me chalenge, if your as good as you and these other ppl claim, why did you run?

(dont give me that 2v1 b.s ether. you started running from illigaf before i was even within icon range of you)

edit: lol. he squeltched me afterwards when i challenged him to a true 1v1
