Really rusty, looking for a Trainer to help get me back into the groove

Been away from AH for a few months.  I have been sucking quite a bit more then I used to suck.  Seeking a trainer to spend a little time with, simply to get me back on track.  Are there any trainers available in the 12:00pm to 2pm central time range?

Pfactor,

  I'm usually in the TA 2pm to 4 pm est on thursdays and fridays this should give us atleast an hour overlap.
