did you reallow it through your firewall? sometimes after a new patch or version you have to go to your firewall, then click the exceptions tab, if aceshigh is there delete it then re-ADD aceshigh by clicking add program then find the aceshigh in the pop up window highlite it and press ok   hope this helps

Same problem....after the second click I get the White Screen of Death.

I don't get white screened but I get a windoze error saying the program has stopped working whenever I click on an arena. A few more days without AH and I'll be finished with the withdrawals and able to see what the world has to offer outside my computer room.

some times I get these white screens 3-4 times in a row. i just do a reset, and allow 30-45 seconds before I restart, then every things been fine for days. but every PC has its own personality.

Not sure about the server message but RPM I had the same problem, I am running Vista, I right clicked my AH shortcut and went into properties. I clicked on compatibility and moved it from Windows 98/ME to XP service pack 2, it worked for me....worth a try.

Had the same issue and no firewall. I haven't been booted before. I even got booted from TA.

Have the same problem, i get to online areas select an arena, screen goes black and I'm back on the desk top,guess this is one that I'll have to wait out until Hitech gets it fixed,unless some one out there has stumbled across a fix.

Download the Game from the HTC Homepage
Install the Game
Than Log in

All of you who are getting a crash when you click on any arena in the arena list on the clipboard, try the following.

1) Navigate to your Aces High installation folder.
2) Make a copy of "aceshigh.exe" named, "bob.exe".  Do not rename the original file!
3) Now, double-click on "bob.exe" and see if it allows you to get into the arena.

If it works, then problem you have is related to a firewall on your computer.

When I go to the Aces High folder, I do not see an aceshigh.exe...I have tried to reinstall the game, twice, but still I get freeze up`s....

"aceshigh.exe" is the game executable.  If it is not in your game installation folder, then you cannot have ever started the game.

What operating system does your computer have?  Is the game installed in the "Program Files" folder?

Windows XP.....DXDIAG is fine....The Aces High background comes up, with music, then after a few seconds, everything freeze`s up...I have re-installed the game three times...
I keep looking, but I cannot see an "aceshigh.exe" file...I do see AH 2230(2).exe, but that does nothing....Remember, I am rather computer illiterate...I`ll give it time, but if I still can`t get beyond the freeze up`s, I guess that`s it for AH....
