We NEED to fill out the plane sets of planes that actually fought together. Remove the necessity for substituting one type for another because we don't have it.

And make the road convoys a little more realistic. They should be slower, and not become airbourne every now and then.
Here we are, living on top of a molten ball of rock, spinning around at a 1,000mph, orbiting a nuclear fireball and whizzing through space at half-a-million miles per hour. Most of us believe in super-beings which for some reason need to be praised for setting this up. This, apparently, is normal.

we dont NEED the beaufighter. its just a heavily requested plane that people WANT. theres other planes that fill its role in aceshigh.

What aircraft would that be? :headscratch:

I mean the other aircraft would only have to have served virtually through out the entire war & in most theaters of WWII. Dropped bombs fired rockets & launched torpedo's & had 10 forward fixed guns & served for multiple allied countries & also was used as a day & a night fighter?

While it didn't fire rockets, have 10 forward fixed guns, served as a fighter, and served for the Allies, it DID serve the Germans for the whole war...

and are japanese tanks even worth putting in aceshigh? im not an expert on them but i heard the m4(75) could not one out pretty easily without the jap tanks being much of a threat.

i say we DO need the lee tho. for both early war tank filling role, AvA. fso. and scenarios. along with the panzer 3 and any other tank that can be considered early war. the t34 is the only tank in there.

allso we NEED alot more early war planes. maybe if we had some more early war planes& tanks, it would get more people to come in there and keep them interested.

You do understand the Beau was an early war plane that fought til the end correct?  1940-45.  Fought in the ETO, PTO, MTO, CBI and was a major player.  I'm curious what other plane we have filled all it's roles?  Don't say the Mossie cause that would not be accurate.

Should it be first?  Nope.  Ki-43 in my mind is the one that is the most glaring missing bird. He-111 would probably be second even though I think it would get far less use in the MA then the Beau.  It does fill a big hole in the special events design stuff, in particular for B of B,but would find a spot in MTO or Eastern Front scenarios.  In terms of scenario, FSO etc, The Beau is a huge missing piece of any MTO, CBI and PTO scenario and certainly would be in ETO as well.

Just last night the Snapshot was Skeeter Season, using Mossies of 404 Squadron RCAF in May 44 to attack shipping.  Guess what!  404 had Beaufighters at that time to attack shipping.  Did the Mossies have torps?  Nope.  Did the Beaufighter carry a Torp, or rockets, or bombs?  All in the anti shipping role to the North Sea?  You betcha :)

Same can be said about the Beufighter though, so does that mean all you BOSS fan-boys should just give up on ever seeing that plane introduced into AH too?

Yep that is the only one I could think of. It is an apples & oranges comparison though.
