Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool? Skuzzy? AH Hive?
« on: March 08, 2011, 10:04:28 PM »
What's the skinny on this "tool"?  I'm running Win7 32 with the latest service pack/updates but I'm hesitant to install this one as I am currently using ESET Smart Security 4 and worried about potential conflicts.

That update runs once in a while... it is supposed to keep your machine clean. I have ESET and I've never had a problem with the update.

According to what I've read, it's the monthly MS anti-spyware inoculation.  Hasn't hurt me yet.  <shrug>
