I have several families who live on the coast, and thankfully they were all out of harms way. I'm glad that everyone else was okay. That sucks that the person up North got swept away but, and as mean as it may sound, the dude should have pratice better judgment. For his family's sake though, I hope they find him or at least his body.

yeah, I heard about that, I also heard that there was some damage in Santa Cruz, not sure to the extent.

Unless I missed the actual location, I believe several docks and many boats were damaged and/or sunk. I think maybe couple of injuries but nothing life threatening. I believe the only death so far that one guy.

Haha yep, just across the bay from there.. That pic is pretty amazing though even if it was a small wave. To think even just that traveled here all the way from Japan is crazy to think about.
