No Want to hear Dale's message...just want to here it from DALE , not folks who claim to speak for what Dale believes.  Dale's Ideas always come to fruition. I'm a big supporter of DALEHe's posting to tell us how you feel about how we make posts. It seemed valid to ask him how he know's how you feel, and if you gave him permission to speak for you by proxy.
I think you took my post as not liking those who support you. If that is the case, you have mis-read it. I hope the above clarifies.  :salute

It's more likely the first name usage you use, try HiTech :headscratch:

Do you mean implying a degree of familiarity where one does not exist?

I can't imagine how that would chap someone's ass

rino, it's easier to just ignore the people like toetag that troll the forums...the whole "game play got boring because htc did <insert>" is just as much of an excuse as the "i can't get into <arena> with my squad because of caps" poop...i guess the old analogy "if it hurts when you slap yourself in the face, stop slapping yourself" just goes over some people's heads.

So I'm not entitled to an opinion?  I can't say why this arena change ruined the game for me?  I didn't personally attack anyone or the game.  Just explained what didn't work for me.  Jeeze.  I troll the forums?   :huh
They call it "common sense", then why is it so uncommon?

well, since you asked. maybe i'm not seeing it in the proper light but, since you no longer hold an active paying subscription, you're not a stake holder. you felt the changes that had been made up to the point where you stopped your active subscription were enough to "ruin the gameplay for you". you stop your subscription and bid farewell to people you care to say goodbye to, and call it quits, end of story. but then you continue to peruse the forums, which in itself is good to keep up with current happenings, maybe get a few laughs. but then for whatever reason you determine it's appropriate to  interject your "opinion" into a subject or subjects that have zero effect on you. what could you possibly hope to gain, sympathy? or are you secretly hoping htc will feel the need to ask you what ruined the gameplay for you and change it so you reactivate your account?

i have to ask, do you ever go into a retail store that you don't normally shop at and tell the management "i don't shop here but i don't like your <insert>"??? because that is essentially what you did in this discussion. it's not just you either, there are others who feel the need to do the same thing all over these forums. i'm sorry but that does seem just as childish as throwing a temper tantrum in the forums. like a little kid at day care that is watching all the other kids have fun but because they won't play the way he wants them to he sits in the corner throwing a fit, as if it's going to change anything.

Having made my first point, your changing course?  ;)

Please elaborate, professor.

There is nothing "course changing" about that statement.

If you know me, on a personal level, you are likely to address me as Dan.

If you and I have a customer/business relationship and you tried to address me as Dan, Danny or Daniel, I would likely tell you to piss off and that you may address me as Mr. Messa.

If you told me to piss off, I would do so, ending our business/professional relationship.

HiTech is very open about owning, creating, and running this company. I've seen HTC, HiTech, and Dale all used on the boards by many. I was trying to be specific to Dale the person, as opposed to HTC or HiTech which might be directed at the company as a whole. I was not implying that I have any greater or increased familiarity with HiTech.

The use of HiTech vs Dale seems irrelevant to the original point I made, and then clarified when HiTech questioned it.  So inserting that dig, seemed like a new course.  :salute

Please call me HiTech

There should be no confusion between the term HTC (my company) and ME HiTech.

Saying there would be confusion is like saying there is confusion between calling me me Dale and my company Dales cooperation.

If it came to a point where I had to tell you to piss off with regard to a business transaction I would have, at some point well before that, considered our business relationship terminated but would have refrained from actually vocalizing the statement to maintain a semblance of decorum and politeness.

HTC is the company.

HiTech is the the owner.

Dale is the man some on these boards have met, shaken hands with and perhaps introduced himself as "Dale".

I was simply agreeing with Dolby's statement.  If it was intended as as dig to you personally, I would have addressed you directly and made it quite clear that I was making a dig at you.

I am not really known for my mastery of innuendo, skill at "beating around the bush" or diplomacy acumen.

See HiTech's last response. I think it proves my point. :aok

Just in case you missed it...

That is an average of 72 hours/month over the last 3 months.  I can see why you have any reason to complain

I never said I didn't like the game. I love the game and I think it's great that Hitech and the rest of the HTC staff are doing this.

However, that doesn't change the fact that there are a few things about the game I dislike. I'm not going to stamp my foot and quit the game just because everything isn't the way I want it, nor am I going to personally insult Hitech or anyone else at HTC, but I will feel free to complain. If you don't like that, don't read it.
