how do you get bored of hockey? nothing is ever the same.

Not sure how. I just woke up one morning and decided I didn't want to play anymore. I still watch it though.

Long haul truck driver, then lawyer, due to twists and turns of life I was employeed in various job titles at General Dynamics for a long time laid off, concurrently I was a bouncer, then a DJ, did a two year stint subcontracting with Philip Morris, went to work in the telco pole industry, moved over to light poles.  Now I'm a designer, project manager, IT, CAD specialist, and all around doo doo boy where I work.  I don't look forward to being here daily but it pays the bills and for my toys.

I wanted to be a fighter pilot since I can remember. I had Lasik surgery at 20, that killed my flying dream. So I went ahead and join the Army to be an Armor Officer. I figured it's the next best thing to flying a fighter plane is to command tanks in combat. After OBC I got sent to a CAV unit and deployed as scout platoon leader. Love the job and the Soldiers, but it wasn't the path I wanted, though I wouldn't change it if I have another chance. Next goal is to get out of the military and persue flying in the civilian sector. =)
