Eh, Airsoft is more affordable, i wouldn't ever pay 1,000 for a M4 that holds like 15 paintballs, but hey thats just me

so i just went paintballing for the first time and all i've gotta say is...IT WAS AWESOME!!!!

I remember back when I first played paintball, years and years ago... we were all using the field guns, Nel-Spot '007' (yes, that's the real model number) paint marking pistols... My first game, I spend half an hour sneaking around the edge of the field after the inconclusive center-field fight, shoot the two defenders of the flag with paint from a tube someone had dropped, grab the flag, and head back toward our flag, when I suddenly hear "No, Bill, he's on our--" followed by the *splat* as I was shot in the chest... by my team captain, who didn't see me holding the flag out in front of me.

Step 1: Buy can of spray paint
Step 2: Build large fire
Step 3: Light fire
Step 4: toss paint can into fire

I paintball almost every weekend. It doesn't matter what marker you use as long as it's comfortable for you. Spyders can be good guns as long as you maintain it properly. There actually cheaper then Tip98's in the long run because you don't have to spend money on upgrades. I've been using the same Spyder Imagine for the better part of 5 years with no problems.

The best thing for new players to do is stay aggressive. You don't know what you don't know yet, and the best way to get better is to try new things.
