, spending all day behind a computer can cause problems.
Games like call of duty online can help your social skills, fighting games and quick decision games help aid in response times. Social networking games can actually be very beneficial, but only up to a point, spending all day behind a computer can cause problems.
you seriously believe that playing a fighting game will make you punch faster or react to a punch thrown at you?seriously? so tapping that A button will make you tougher...... oh man Ive heard some good ones...but I think this takes the cake
Always glad to make an bellybutton of myself to the public

Yes, it will improve your reaction time.
Actually I agree with what he said, except for the CoD and social skills bit.He did not say that games will make you tougher, he said that they may improve your reaction time - I'd be surprised if that weren't true.
I can Tell you what improves your reaction time.wait till a chick you know gets her rags, wait for her to get some chocolate.then take it. If your still alive, your dodge reflexes will be godlike.
