Do you happen to have the folder option set to not show extensions for known file types?   In other words, was your named title0.mp3 file actually called title0.mp3.mp3, and that's why AH couldn't find and load it?

Well I have tried all of the tricks in the forum and it hasn't worked. But when it does start woeking this will be it. Oh and I'm using Win 7.

Copy the file to desktop.
Rename to title0 (file extention should be .mp3)
it should appear as title0.mp3

Place that new file into your 'sounds' subfolder in
the HTC folder.

If you've done all the steps in this thread, you've
probably done that by now. Try going in-game and
adjusting your sound options. Not only the 'music'
slider that should appear instantly, but also under
the 'advanced' sound options.

There is a way to have iTunes create an mp3 from the m4a.  Just don't know how off the top of my head
