No, it doesn't.
CM Eye controls: Under View, assign a button to CM Eye Move Forward, another to CM Eye Move Back, and (optional) CM Eye Move Map. While holding the move forward button, your assigned elevator and aileron axis' will control the camera's pitch and roll, and the throttle will control forward movement (reverse movement for Move Back). Move Map points you straight down with the top of the screen facing north, and uses the stick to control movement N, E, S, and W with the throttle acting as a sensitivity modifier.
