That VonMessa is the problem I face when I go up north.  I can't find anyone that knows how to cook a good pot of chitterlings. :noid

Years back some friends and I were working near Salley, SC. Right about the time the annual Chitlin' Strut took place.

Holy god the smell of that place.  I can't take the smell of one or two people cooking that stuff.  I don't even want to think what a festival would smell like.
