Sorry Irish but B.E. made it clear in his previous rulings that the "loser" posting the films don't mitigate the infraction of the rules   Believe me there were many who wished that it had.

Interesting that the very ones who thought the rules were unimportant last time now insist that they be followed.  This just proves that BE’s impartial ruling to negate Spek’s victory was just and fair. 

The one fight that was not filmed should be refought.  If Krup wins it changes nothing, if he loses (again), it also changes nothing.  However the rules will be followed and that should not change.  And the fact that Spek did not win the last tourney because of technical incompetence will not change.  Justice will be served to all.
