Maybe im the only one that has noticed this, but I swear since last patch I have been PW more than I have for the previous 3 years. I mean ok, some AC are generally just gonna give you a 90% likelyhood of bein PW because of a number of reasons....little armor, HOing all the time, etc, but I swear I can be 1000 in front of a Spit thats firing 303s at my Jug and the 1st ping PW me everytime. That is just  one example. Has anyone else been gettin PW more frequently lately?

No.

I have secreted an electromagnet in your left wing that seems to be working finally.  If I see you complain about it again I will turn on the HO magnet in the nose that I installed at the same time.

I noticed it shortly after the ww1 arena, but I must say in the past 2 months, it appears that I get hit more often. I mean no damage to plane other then the blood splatter, that I usually finger paint in. IMHO
Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.

For me they seem to come in waves. I can go months with only an occasional PW and then I'll got a week where I get PWed every couple flights.

I dont mind that we have PWs so much as I loath the way they are modeled in the game. Particularly the standard final approach blackout which doesnt just seem to happen on final approach every time I try to land. It DOES happen on final every time I try to land.
As well as total blackout  with every woozynesss.
As I've said before. There has GOT to be a better way.

I posted this in the wishlist thread about the rearm and repair of aircraft, but I think it is applicable here as it has to do with injuries sustained by the pilot during combat and the manner in which medical attention was administered to these men during wartime, and how HiTech can more accurately model this into this game.

In my extensive research I have uncovered a few vague references to pilots having returned to combat status with remarkably short, one might even say "instantaneous" recovery times, no doubt due to the amazing fighting spirit of these warriors and their call to perform their duties to country and comrades, as well as due to the remarkable healing power of the medicines and recouperative regimines being pioneered at the time. This morning I stumbled upon what I feel is the "Holy Grail" of historical photographic evidence that should finally provide backing to the often requested ability to administer "first aid" of sorts to cartoon pilots when wounded in game......

I propose, based on the evidence below........

that spinach be supplied to pilot wounded fliers while on the rearm pad.

Maybe that is a better explanation then. Like I said, Went like 3 tours where I can only remember a handful of times I was PW and for last 4-6 weeks its almost every other sortie and at odd ranges like 800-1000 with 1 ping.

And the other half fly P-51s and run from everything in sight.  :neener:

And the skilled percentage of the player base flying axis rides, with the exception the 80th pilots, some of The Few, and a few squadless pilots.

I wonder if that says the allied rides draw incompetent ppl or if the Axis rides increase skill level  :noid.

Plenty of skilled people fly Allied rides.  Just a lot more unskilled players tend to as well, so the stats look worse on a K/D basis.
