 well then the m4 outclassed the m3 lee...i think what they want is a tank for early war and mid war only...i'd rather a russian KV1 developed in 1940 or the canadian built valentines.. suits early and midwar....

The M3 Lee, PanzerIII, crusaders, and a myriad of other tanks deserve to be in the EW and MW. How about the scenarios for the desert. Can a KV fill that gap?

the KV can play the russian scenarios with the rest of the russian armada... but then... what do i know rite?.. the m3 lee does not sit nicely with me... but if hitech definately wants it, i guess i have no choice...but no Lee for me  - 1

 i would like to see a british tank for once...dun forget monty guys...

We can barely start a Russian scenario. Some planes like the MiG-3, LaGG-3, etc. are missing from the game and currently those that can won't be able to participate because the lack of Russian planes.

Don't get me wrong i'm not saying that we don't need another Heavy tank, and IMHO i think have an American or Russian Heavy tank in the game would be really awesome. All I'm saying is that we shouldn't say no to this tank because its outclassed. That and the video was taken out of context  :P :aok

like i said if i had to chance to vote for another tank... the m3 lee will not be one of them.. but i'm just 1 fish in the vast ocean..... ok... i didn't know the film was a propaganda film...my bad... :D

The KV or M26 still won't fare well against the new KT if you want it for that purpose. (Unless hitting the side or rear armor.) The M4-75 is inferior to the M4-76 yet people still use it. The T34-76 is inferior to the T34-85 yet people still use it. The M3 fills gaps in the EW and MW. The KV should be added but should be somewhere farther down the list. (Not too far.) The scenario still has subs because of the lack. Look at the P40B. Plus I was talking more of snapshots than in AvA.

Just remember that this isn't World of Tanks.  Adding an M3 isn't about "balance" or what best matches up against the Tiger or Tiger II.  Its about adding a vehicle that would help flesh out the ground vehicle set, see use in the Main Arenas, and also add to the equipment available for scenarios, FSO, or other events.  Furthermore, historically, Aces High has only represented aircraft and vehicles that had a significant role in the war, were deployed in squadron strength (more or less--i.e. no prototypes), and saw combat.  So, don't expect a T-29, unless HTC changes their mind.

From an Aces High perspective, an M3 would add a lot more value to the game than an M26.

The Lee, would only be good for town killing in the MA. Scenarios, and EW why not.
