Who is the best tanker you have ever fought?

I've never fought anybody good in a tank.  I have been blown up by several of the names currently playing mentioned on this list.  Does that mean something?

I find it hard to acknowledge spawn campers (and vulchers).  It is too bad that some are associated with being "good" when all they really do is camp and camp some more.

I really wish HTC would take a fresh look at the way GV spawns work.  If spawns were more random, moving around according to where the nearest enemy is, so you wouldn't spawn in the same spot every time, GVing would be a lot more fun.

Nine years in this game eight of them in a tank and I am never mentioned in these threads and well it hurts a little! Ok yes the title is "best tanker" so I can see why I don't apply. Maybe I should make a thread that says most lives givin up in a tank in a night. I think I went through 300 just last night alone LOL!

Always have a blast with you guys. Not that long ago after about 300 lives yet again I changed sides to go and yell at the 50 guys camping me.  Had to go back tho since no one else was upping for those monsters.

Wow haven't seen that ID in a looooong time.

I am pretty sure he wasn't in the "original" but, in the second go around a few years ago.



Lots of names listed here and there are some not around anymore I'd have to give credit to for helping me in ground vehicles all those years ago. I just wish more of the ones I tangle with would show up for my GV event in the SEA "Blitzkrieg" or even help me plan a battle but, it seems Sunday nights those I speak of turn in to pumpkins or are tanking in the MA and won't leave esp. if the 141 or 85 spawn map is up LOL FORGET IT ... it's like pulling teeth although, those are my two fav too.

Speaking of whels, I remember back in AH1 when flying a goon low on the deck......whels came up from behind me in a 262 without me noticing and ripped me a new one.

But..... he was so close that the debris from my once flying aircraft hit him and brought him down.

Once you learn the German sight and how it is used, the second shot is usually a hit.  I've gotten to the point that I can hit targets on the first or second shot about %50 of the time in the Panther (rarely use Tiger or King Tiger), with the 3rd shot being a "for sure" hit.  I am horrible at the M4's and T34/76mm, I simply do not work with them enough.  The Panzer IV is getting easier and easier to get hits with on the 1st or 2nd shot, but the 2.4X sight is quite a bit different zoom-wise than the 5X of the Panther or T/KT.

Speaking of the Panzer IV... when it gets updated, I really hope HTC double checks the 75mm KwK 40 L/43 AP ability w/ the typical PzGr 39 ammo.  It is a step better than the M4/76mm, but it sure doesn't seem to perform than way.

I've yet to find anyone who really stands apart from the bulk of the crowd in tank engagements.  To each their own, I 'spose.
