If you are talking about me, I'm not an old man. I'm not in my twenties or thirties either.

I'm 16 too.

Ok so here is the cure for the skunk problem, trap them as stated above in a tender trap with cat food, the cheapest and stinkyist you can buy, then grap your Taurus Judge and shoot from about 10 foot with a 3 inch 410, with good steel buck shot. Instant kill and the mess is somewhat contained.  Then go buy a new tender trap.  Or you can use a .45 long colt either way problem solved except for the cleanup.

In reference to the Billy bad butt come on down here and shoot one of our wild pigs with an airsoft, that will take care of that problem but then we have to explain how he disappeared, the pig would be hunted and killed as a violent animal, which they are, but at least he would die well fed.

I own a Public Defender, from the Judge family.

I must admit that I'm pretty unimpressed by the whole concept.  I wouldn't buy the gun again if I had the choice.

I have the 3 inch chamber, and 3 inch barrel model, the only problem I have with it is the ammo is so expensive.  I found a great paddle holster that hides it real well under a long tailed shirt, from bulldog, and a great shoulder holster that is reall comfortable.

A friend of mine has a skunk problem.  His dog has been sprayed 3 times in the last couple weeks.  Over his back fence is a nice golf course.  He doesn't want to use a gun, considering the area.  Anyone with a good idea of getting rid of it?

Sounds like the skunk thinks it has a dog problem  :lol

Yea I was looking for a bear defense pistol for hunting.....I wasn't impressed with the judges reviews or boobtube videos.  Quite a spread on the buck shot at 15'
They call it "common sense", then why is it so uncommon?

I am not a big fan of 9MM but there are some nice ones out there.  The Hi Point 9 is good and it is cheap, but the Judge is a great weapon. There is such a thing as a 45 long colt, which is what it chambers.  The basic load is a 255 grain, vs a 125 grain basic for a 9mm.  I know you can get bigger loads for a 9 but most people don't load anything other than what is cheap.  Also depending on what mag you have you will carry 14, I only have 5 but the first thing out of mine is a Home defender which is 5 .36 caliber balls backed up by 2 disks.  If I miss you with that then I really need to spend some time at the range, which I do.  Plus the judge being a wheel gun is less likely to jam, if you don't keep it clean.  At 7 feet it is possible to to get all 5 rounds into the 10 ring at 15 again all in the 10 ring, at 21 it is a little harder to get all in the 10 but a good solid 10 and 9 is completely possible.  Hi Point also makes a .40, and a .45 they are not pretty but the launch lead and do it well.  my wife and I qualified, along with 3 other people with the Hi Point 9 for our Concealed carry with it, that is 250 rounds with no jams or miss fires.  For 125 dollars cant beat it, and that is thru a gun dealer.  The Judge for an all round gun is the best, that I have run into.  I carry it when I go pig hunting to stop them if they get to close for my 30.30, plus it can be used for a GREAT snake shooter, and for personal defense nothing says, "JUST WALK AWAY" than a wheel gun, that looks like a 55 gallon drum when it is aimed at you.
