Most auto supply stores. Just be careful. If you drop it, even once, it's all but useless unless you can pick out the dirt/rock/sand, etc with 100% certainty. If not, you may as well use a rock because it will scratch as much.
Also use PLENTY of detailer's spray wax to keep the bar lubricated because it is possible to burn through your clear coat or paint if you get too wild without using enough lube. Remember, the clay is abrasive and made from a harder material that your clear coat.
I usually wrap my clay with saran wrap and only leave the part exposed that I am putting in contact with the finish, that way if I drop it, the whole thing isn't ruined because I can slice off the dirty part. I also store it in a zip-lock bag when I'm not using it.
