Like, ya know, when that thing that makes you move, it has pistons and things, When your thingamajigy is providing power, you do not hear other peoples thingamajig when they are providing power.

I love how clean your Jeep looks. What do you use on the fender flares/bumpers?

Your daughter has a nice set of wheels too! Looks like she got a good taste for vehicles from her Father.  :)

My Jeep gets washed often, and I like to keep it clean. Layers of mud may be a badge for some guys, but not for me. My daughter washes her's infrequently, mostly because she hates washing vehicles.

I use a couple of different products on the fenders and bumpers...

Mother's Back to Black works well for me, as does Meguiars Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer. The latter is more rain resistant than the typical treatment.

For guys with older Wrangler TJs, who now have gray flairs instead of the original black, they should try UFB Shine On Black. It's an easy to apply polymer treatment that will restore the plastic to it's original black. It is, essentially, a stain-like coating. Apply it once or twice a year.

This was my pride and joy. Not fast, but not as common as MBGs here so it turned a few heads. It had to go to as there was nowhere to put the pram!

Hi Baggy.... yeah we used to have a red MGB about 30 years ago but had to part with it for similar reasons!  (He's 31 now!)   :D

Hi Flossy, hope your keeping well! I'm training my son to like classic cars so I can drive his when he gets one :-). Preferably an Alpine... or a Tiger 4.3L or 4.7L Ford V8.

Thanks for the suggestions!

I'm with you...I wash mine most weekends. I enjoy having a clean vehicle (that damn OCD again).

Love the Alpine!

I have a long time friend who bought new and still owns a 1966 Sunbeam Tiger.... In the 70s, he dropped in a 325 hp much smiled on 289. In the early 90s, he put the old 260 back in... Looks new.

I'm a tad jealous Widewing :-). For a 40 year old car it was pretty comfortable, fairly dry for a soft top, had a  great heater and could keep up with modern traffic.

Just installed headers and new mufflers to compliment the new camshafts.  I love the way this car sounds!
