 :lol :lol

Are you blind????    :huh

Suburbans are much, much larger then Cherokees. They aren't even the same class of vehicle.   Whoever told you that on here was obviously one of the many delusional Jeep fanboys.   Nothing against Jeeps, they are fine vehicles, just a high percentage of Jeep owners need an attitude adjustment in my experience.

Besides as someone already pointed out, neither has a trunk.  So really I could say that a Toyota Corolla has a bigger trunk.

penguin, it's going to depend on what year of suburban or jeep you're talking about. rated cargo space information is available on the web, i found the information on the 2011 1/2 & 3/4 ton suburbans in 90 seconds. google is your friend.

*edited because i pulled a penguin and didn't read everything i should have*

:rofl  why hasn't anyone who responded thus far pointed out the fact the neither a jeep nor a chevy suburban have "trunks"?
uhmm...look at the replies...its been stated already.

I hope your teacher gets a good laugh out of this.  I would.

EDIT:  You do know that neither of those vehicles has a "trunk" don't you?  Google "Cargo Space".

Perhaps that's why I couldn't find anything on them.  Update: I looked at the guy's car again, and it happens to be a Yukon XL.  In my haste I misjudged it to be a Suburban.

Same thing.

And if you can't tell that it's much bigger than a Cherokee (or that neither has a trunk  :lol ), I'd recommend a visit to the ophthalmologist.

You should start thinking of a good way to deter the t0pic as soon as it rises, or avoid the situation entirely and never return to the robot club. EVER!   :devil

did you put thought into this statement? dont mewan to bash you, but the suburban has a much larger "trunk" space.... or course, you could have mentioned something like a Dodge Dakota with a cap, or a ford ranger with a cap, or a chevy S10 with a cap and not had to do research to get "boned" as curry put it.   :bolt:

I know we aren't talking about a suburban anymore, but I remember the ones I was used to were really 'people movers' and the cargo space in the back was actually quite small.  So there probably would be more cargo space in a jeep, it can only move half the people though.

I'll point it out again, the Yukon XL and Suburban are the same thing.  One wears a GMC badge and the other a Bowtie, that's all.

In most configurations the Suburban seats 8, and with that I'd still bet the Suburban has more cargo space then a Cherokee seating 5.  There are a lot of them around here, and they are quite long so that even with 2 bench seats in back there is lots of cargo area.   Now, it you but a third bench seat in back, (which can be done)  Then yes, the cargo area is only about 12" behind the third bench, but it can then seat 11.
