Good I am glad someone else uses that setup and right now I cant OC. Temps don't mean a thing to me under full load i am still at 34* max. Like semp said, my PSU is a 950 watt PC Power and Cooling so I don't have to worry about that.
Pardon the intrusion, but what is the difference between the i5 and i7? Additionally what should I be looking for in a motherboard these days?
Then how do I match up the PSU to the mb/vc/cpu?
I saw that Newegg.com still sells the PC power and cooling units. Not sure if there's been a change or not.
The i7 has a lower voltage and a quicker processing times, but not really noticeable to the gamer. On looking at a mother board I look at a couple of things..
1. What type of Ram it takes. The more the better, but just remember it will automatically revert to your lowest ram speed if you mix them up.
2. Ability to install my dual video cards in sli plus my sound card.
3. NO built in video card.
The PC Power and Cooling has changed manufactures and from what i have heard they are cheaply manufactured now. I got one when they were still good.
Semp because of a limited budget I had to get what I posted.
