htc isnt going to enforce that rule cause some of them would probably stop playing.  It's the only way they can play.

If they are switching sides and reporting position of cv then they are in for a week mute if it can be proven to HTC   I speak from experience

If people are actually interested in putting a stop to all the behavior mentioned in this thread it can dealt with with an email or phone call to HTC posting it here does nothing to stop of the problem and just leads to a witch hunt.
